What is the fastest and most effective way to lose weight? A combination of things is fine, but I don't have any exercise equipment except a treadmill.

Can anyone help with this in the UK? 15 years ago I had an accident and broke my back, I had to move back with my parents 5 years ago when I just couldn't cope on my own any more. I still managed to keep my job but only cause my bosses were and still are very understanding and try to help me as much as they can.

5 years ago I applied for DLA and was awarded the high rate mobility, so I applied for a Motability car and I've had one ever since. I re-applied after 3 years and was again awarded the same, the doctor they sent to assess me said that there was no way my condition would ever get any better.

I've just applied again and have been refused, my whole award taken away, I've had a reconsideration, still no award. I'm now due to hand back my car in May so I have to give up my job, public transport is 45 min walk, bus, 20 min walk, 2 trains, 45 min walk, so thats not an option. I can barely walk from house to car. I now have to go to appeal and am scared, any advice?

We are having reservations about my dad undergoing chemo and radiation treatments after he has just had his tumor removed and it was diagnosed as Level 4 GBM. When you put the quality of life factor into the mix, is it wise to have the treatments and live a few measley extra months; possibly ill from the treatment. Or is it better to not have the treatments and live the short remaing months feeling healthier. If you have delt with either case please give me your thoughts and expierences so that we can have a "personal expierence opinion."

I eat about 1600 calories everyday. I exercise everyday and consume about 80-100 gms of protein everyday.
I am not clear whether the body first breaks the fat or breaks protein.

Was having an abortion a difficult thing for you, or no biggy?

Some of my friends have had a few, they know it's not great for their health but condoms break (or just aren't available) and a morning after pill isn't always easy to get.

Do you have to have lumps if you have cancer, or can it just be pain?

I know someone who has abdominal pain, very sharp and always present, feels sick all of the time, constant headache, excessive urination and has had a cold for almost 6 months - so very poor immune system. Is it possible she has cancer?

A basic principle of yoga is that practicing mental equilibrium neutralized the effects of delusion.Yoga- Meditation is a scientific process of neutralization of duality of Mental Speculation and Emotional stimulation from Successes & failure, Strength & Weakness, Discrimination and self sense –mind, Spirits and matter, Soul & Body, Knowledge & ignorance, health and diseases, Changeless and transistorizes, Light & darkness, Divine self & False Ego, Self-control and temptation.

that is done by a siddhyogi who is able to give shaktipat and change enrgy force from outer side to inner side. once you go in to the deep innerside then all the peace of mine will come naturally. but that is to be supported by the shaktipat. ( or with the balance way of master )
