I am 13 years old. I need some more vitamins, minerals etc. Is it bad for me to use One-A-Day? It says it's for men, but I am 13 years old.

No, it's not bad for you to take them. If you read the box, I think it says it is okay for young men (teens) to take the vitamins too. If you are really worried, though, you could take half of one every day.

I'd ask your doctor.. I personally would only take a one-a-day vitamin. Most people would be better off getting their vitamins from eating heathier. Most MD's would agree. If I'm correct, men's one a day vitamins have no iron. double check..Men don't need a lot of iron.

Yes, you can take it. You should still eat a well balanced diet, because vitamins can't replace the real thing....which is why they're called 'supplements'.
