Yes, in extreme cases you can take Tylenol and Motrin alternately every two hours, that is Tylenol, then Motrin two hours later, then Tylenol two hours later, so that you are taking Tylenol every four hours, and Motrin every four hours, as long as you don't exceed the recommended dose.

that should be fine-anytime after 4 hrs.--but both can affect your liver--so I wouldn't do this everday
