It is comparable to someone with too much time on their hands, and a vivid imagination, and too much television...Someone who is in love with Sex, Drugs, and Rock and roll, it appears...so I don't think it is a mental illness...I know someone with a mental illness that is debilitating..and this is not what they say or do..

i know lots of people with mental illness. this is not mental illness but a person with a modern day vivid imagination.
