OMG i used to get cramps so badly that i would vomit until i dehydrated and i would roll up in a fetal position for two days at a time!!!!!!!
i almost failed my senior year because i missed so much school.
my mom took me to the gyno, and they had to prescribe naproxin, or naprocin.. it is an anti inflammatory.
helped me soo much...
but if you have water weight and cramping and all that jazz some midol, which is made specifically for those symptoms helps alot.. if it's just pain, then go for the bottle of Advil.
good luck, most girls outgrow it.. i did, but now that it's been a few years since i've had my daughter, i'm starting to get the big ones again.. no vomiting thought..Yay!!
guys think we have it so easy..... let them get cramps and bloating and mood swings..... and see how they handle it...LOL

I do not like mydol at all, because of the amount of caffeine it contains. It really made me jittery. I like pamprin, it does not contain caffeine and takes care of all symptoms.
