Aprox 1008 Cal per day.....but it's not how many you take on in a day....it's how many you burn that makes you lose weight....but your daily target should be just over 1000 to take on.

I don't really know how many calories you should consume, but if you do want to lose some pounds, start a low-calorie diet. There are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat, so if you work out with a low-calorie diet, you won't have to work as much because you're not consuming an excessive amount of calories.

Don't worry so much about calorie consumption. You need to exercise - even if it's walking more. If you take the bus to school, walk or play at recess. After school shoot some hoops or play soccer. When I was in school we had gym every day. If your school doesn't offer phys ed daily, you have to motivate yourself to exercise - play tennis, swim, play baseball, run - whatever you can do to stay active do it because if you're overweight at 14, you're more than likely going to be really overweight as an adult and you don't want to start your adulthood off that way. Good luck!
