im 16 years old and I really want some good abs. I want a way that I dont have to go to a gym and I can do right in my room everyday.

Cardio is extremely important. And eating right. Run for 30 minutes then do some crunches. Eat protein rich foods like tuna and drink LOTS of water.

Invest in a 6 seconds abs machine these make sure your doing crunches properly otherwise you'll probably be doing 100's of crunches thinking oh yeah my abs are gonna be better when really the reality is they wont or at least not as quickly as useing the 6 second abs also drink plenty of water to help strip the fat from the stomach and exercise

Do 100 crunches and leg raises a day,3 weeks you will see results.

hey kid, The best way to do that is to do a lot of sit-ups and crunches. don't need a gym/ also eat healthy and drink a lot of water.
