I think i have them...but i am a little old to have them, i am 13 and i am really embarassed to tell my mom. Are there any ways to clear them up or at least stop the itching temporarily without medication? or suggestions on how to tell my mom?

I have had nothing but trouble with my health for a long time. I am taking antidepressants for what the doctor says is fibromyalgia and blood tests show At some point I have had mono. For a while I took steroids, but quit using it because I didnt feel it was helping me. I am so weak and tired all the time. I have headaches and body aches constantly. Its hard to work 40 hours a week when I could sleep all day. The doctor keeps sending me on my way to deal with my problems. I really need help.

I'm usually a very active person, but for the past few months I've had trouble getting my butt to the gym. I walk a lot, but I want to work on toning the rest of my body. What are some moves I can do in my living room that will inspire me to start being more active. I used to be a huge pilates fan, but I don't feel like I can even sit through a half hour tape of it ( i know that's pretty bad). I'm thinking if I find some easy exercises that I can do just sitting on the floor at random times of the day it might inspire me to do more.
Anything will be helpful.

I started using TrimSpa a couple of days ago. I'm not overweight, but I have a few extra pounds I'd like to lose. I excercise regularly, but I've been having trouble sticking to a sensible diet, so I thought a supplement would help curb my appetite. I chose TrimSpa because it contained the least amount of caffeine (I don't want to be all jittery, etc.), but I've found that taking it the past couple of days I've been as hungry, if not more hungry than before. Am I taking the wrong supplement? Has anyone else had similar or different experiences with TrimSpa?

When I brush my teeth he wants his tooth brush, but when I give it to him he chews on it or brushs his tounge, I try to show him the right way but he won't do it. Is he too young to brush them? When I try to brush them he bites down on the tooth brush and I got the one that goes on the finger but he also bites my finger. Should I just wait until he is older? If not how should I brush his teeth? Isn't it bad for him not to brush his teeth? HELP...............

Through personal experience, which birth control pill was the best overall when it came to side effects?
