Ihave just started to take this every morning because of the bacteria it holds and i read it is good for the stomach has anyone used it and can say anything interesting about it

It is originaly from Japan, and my kids drank it when it first came out. I tas make as a childs drind, and moved to adults. My kids still drink it in the states at 34 yos, and there kids drink it today.

Hi, I was advised by my Doc to take this for IBS and bowel pain due to Endometriosis.
I don't know if it was just a coincidence or bad timing, but when I started on it, I had severe bowel cramps and the most AWFUL pain.
I would never risk taking it again.
Yet I know people who've taken YAKULT and suffer no ill-effects....
Keep a record about how you feel since starting it, maybe you will notice a change, for good or bad I dunno!!!!!
