Not a big fan of juices myself--too much sugar. Drink lots of pure water. That'll definitely help your skin.

Combinations of natural, fresh juices are very good. If you buy Tropicana or Ocean Spray and things like that, it won't be good because they process their juices so that you don't get everything you would from making the juice yourself.

Things like Blueberry and Apple, Cranberry and Apple, Carrot and Orange Juice- these are all great for you if you go buy the actual fruits and blend them up or put them into a juicer. They will taste totally different, and may take getting used to at first- but that is because all so many things are taken out in the processes that allow juices to sit on store shelves for months without being refrigerated. Real, good juice is something that should have to be served pretty shortly after making it.

The vitamins and nutrients and anti-oxidants from the juices will help your skin plenty- just experiment with whatever works best for you.

There are lots of benefits to drinking green tea, any other as well that provides you with anti-oxidants might help. I tried Pomegranate juice as well, very tasty and also very good for your heart, being an anti-oxydant as well.
