I'm feeling crappy today. Head explodes, body aches everywhere, can't eat and I'm sleepless.
Is this the flu? I got my shot.
No cough, runny nose, sore throat, no fever etc..

You can still get the flu if you have had a flu shot. It usually will be shorter in duration and less severe though than if you didn't have the shot. I would go to the doctor if you get worse though. It could be a bacterial infection which will get worse if you have one.

Yup, it's the flu and just think you've got lots of other people suffering too. It will pass. Drink lots and make sure you have sweet foods to keep your blood sugar normal. Take Tylenol every 4 hours. have a long luxurious bath too. Drag all the sympathy out of everyone around you.
