I started using TrimSpa a couple of days ago. I'm not overweight, but I have a few extra pounds I'd like to lose. I excercise regularly, but I've been having trouble sticking to a sensible diet, so I thought a supplement would help curb my appetite. I chose TrimSpa because it contained the least amount of caffeine (I don't want to be all jittery, etc.), but I've found that taking it the past couple of days I've been as hungry, if not more hungry than before. Am I taking the wrong supplement? Has anyone else had similar or different experiences with TrimSpa?
Thanks in advance!

THE TRIM SPA DOES NOT NECESSARILY CURB YOUR APPETITE IT ACTUALLY HELPS YOU EAT THE AMOUNT OF TIMES YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY EAT A DAY WHICH IS 5-6, JUST IN SMALLER PORTIONS. TRY EATING A SMALL BREAKFAST LIKE OATMEAL AND TURKEY BACON, THEN A SNACK AND MAKE YOUR LUNCH A BIGGER MEAL AND A SMALL SNACK AND THEN YOUR DINNER AND DESSERT. THAT SHOULD KEEP YOU FULL ALL DAY AND YOU WON'T EAT JUNK LIKE YOU DON'T WANT TO.
