I had braces for five long years.......and when they were taken off I had that same problem. I just started brushing 3 times a day....something I never did until then. Eventually it just goes away...no need for strips.

the spotting usually indicates staining between the braces from poor hygiene when u were in treatment. whitening strips are only a minimal fix. try getting professional whitening done i recommend ZOOM ask your dentist. its an hour whitening procedure, no pain, no needles and its at least $600 or better but worth it.

It caused by improper care during the duration of having braces. There is going to be a good chance that the "stain" will always be there at some point.

crest pro health is a great mouthwash/toothpaste that you can use on it. white spots generally mean your teeth are still kinda week, and the mouthwash/toothpaste helps strengthen them up. dont feel bad, i have the same thing

You can get an appointment with your regular dentists and get your teeth whitened.

all i have to say is listen to your orthodontist and WEAR YOUR RETAINERS! I'm in my mid 20's, and myself and all my friends now have very expensive crooked teeth from not wearing ours. just a little friendly advice :)

when you got them off, they should have given you a whitening treatment. i have no idea why they didn't though. call them.
