Well I've been swimming for almost three years and let me tell you, that is one of the best ways to get in shape. Won't take long and you'll have sexy abs and if you work hard enough and on a regular basis you will even develop a six pack as I have. I also work out at a track. I walk and run. I also work out on some excersise equipment at the track. Works very well. And I also excersise with and excersise ball from time to time. You can do quite a bit on those balls. I like to work out with weights as well. So yea thats what I do...hope you'll give some of these a try.

I've been an athlete all my life and their is nothing like running. It takes a substantially longer time spent on a bicycle to make up for what you get running.
Depending upon how fit you want to be, you need to run at least 3 miles per day, 5 days per week. Don't forget to throw about 3 or 4 sprints in at the end.

I always found exercise the best (in fact the only) way to get in shape.

I lost 100 pounds almost entirely through changes in my diet. Eating food that is high in fiber and protein (and low in calories) will allow you to eat less without starving yourself.
Refined sugars are your enemy. White rice, pasta, soda, pizza, white bread (or tortillas) and most snack foods are absolutely loaded with them. They a lot of calories, and make you more hungry than you were before you ate them.
Exercise is great, but it is not a license to eat more. If you jog 3 miles, but reward yourself with a Chipotle burrito (or even 1/2 of one), you are putting yourself in the hole. Give up the bad stuff, and you'll see results.

I married somone 20 years younger than me, and just had triplets. Often too busy to eat, running like a lunatic, consequently, I am becoming quite svelte.

Running. Everyday.
Well, anything really - but you have to do it regularly and frequently.
