I recentley had my ears done with a piercing gun at claires and I have since then heard terrible things about doing this....Because they cant be properly cleaned...I am wondering if the risk is high for getting HIV/Hepatitis from getting your ears done with a piercing gun??? it really scared me and makes me want to get tested just to be on the safe side

Im a 13 year old female and I was reading some questions and one was about hypothyroidism. I think I might have it. Some of my symptoms are..

-Always Tired.
-Depression (Well im kinda depressed I think. Im not exactly sure yet.)
-Always Cold.
-Irritability.

I don't know. I just havent felt like myself for a long time. Im always tired and just dont enjoy doing the things I used too. Please help me figure this whole thing out. I just want to feel like I used to last year.

does anyhere here have one or have teenage children with one. I'm 15 nearly 16 and was born with a cleft lip and palate and have had atleast ten operations and after having ten teeth taken out i decided to put my foot down. i'vem just been told im recommended to have jaw surgery, cos my top teeth are behind my bottom ones.
Has anyone experienced this and knows how bad it is and do you feel the cleft lip and has effected you and your life?

I'm skinny but I can't get my abs to appear. I've been taking Hydroxycut Hardcore for the past few months along with a basic upper body workout one day then running the next. I try and keep each meal under 12 grams of fat. Any more tips ya'll can throw my way? I'm trying to get a six pack going before summer?

P.S.: Salads are not something I can stand eating, any alternatives?
