Ok, so I have had my boyfriend for 2 years and we have been having sex on a reg basis. like 4 times a week. And I have never had an orgasam with just him inside me......is that normal

That is VERY common.
Have him play with you more until you are ready to just about to go, then let him in with a CONDOM ON.

yes very normal, only about 30% of females can orgasm with only sex (being on top can do it) but most of us need clitoral stimulation to have 1- different positions might help g-spot orgasm but fingers works best for most women
