1. Give up foods with carbs. Eat a lot of broiled fish, or chicken with salads or steamed veggies. Make sure to use a low fat and low carb dressing and measure the amount you use to make sure it is one serving.
2. Drink a lot of water.
3. When you have an extra 30 minutes, go for a brisk walk.

Go on a crack diet. lol Just Kidding! Stay away from the diet pills and stuff like that. Seriously the only way in that short of time is going to be difficult. You must really want it and be willing to sacrifice a few things and work for it. It is only safe to loose about 10 lbs a month, but here is a semi risky plan which should get you about twenty to thirty lbs lighter. Change your diet to only salads for every meal without dressing or oil of any kind. No cheese, meat, eggs, bacon bits or anything that doesn't grow on a plant. For a side eat any fruit except bananas. This will cut out all the fats and starches out of your diet. Drink only water, unsweetened tea, or coffee black. Only two cups coffee an two glasses of tea per day. The coffee and tea dehydrate you and that is bad. Keep yourself hydrated with water. No sports drinks. Your body will trick you into thinking you are hungry when you are dehydrated also you get cramps. To see your hydration level look at how clear your urine is. It should be almost clear as water. Go for at least a 30 min jog or an hour long swim twice a day. You need to do some kind of cardiovascular exercise and break a heavy sweat. This will boost your metabolism quite a bit. While on this diet I suggest you take a multivitamin to help replace the proteins and other nutrients your body will be craving. Being as I do not know your age or physical condition this is just a suggestion not a diagnosis.

Sure there's tons of ways!
First off if you don't have any liver or heart conditions I'd recommend a product called Hydroxycut Hardcore...don't follow the directions on the bottle though just take one pill once a day or one pill in the morning and one before your workout on work out days.
Second try and limit each meal to 15 grams of fat or under. Many fast food places like Wendy's offer options like a fruit cup instead of fries, DO IT! it'll save you so much fat. Also Subway sandwiches (no cheese) are a great way to go, and a big suprize Lean Pockets are great two they only have 6G of fat per hot pocket (Lean Pocket's Pepporni brand). The food diet is a must you can't lose weight if your just putting it back with each meal.
Thirdly Exercise. Try and run a mile a day, grab a membership at your local gym almost all of them offer a 1 day trail to see if you like it (be prepared to get a tour and long speal). For a female your size running a mile at about 6.0 MPH is a good target (thats a mile in 10 minutes) so build up to it. On some days try to run 2.5 or 3 miles if you can, running really helps. Also try some ab workouts those will help you tone your belly. Remember for females use less wright and more reps other wise you'll start growing muscle instead of tone'n it.
Other Tips: Your local GNC store can offer great advice, but their expensive as hell, go to www.bodybuilding.com to get the hydroxycut I mentioned above and any other stuff you might need you'll save a ton.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TRYING ANY OF THIS!
P.S.: Nutrisystem does offer a program for women I'd go with that for the money you want to save and the weight you want to lose.

You really dont need to loose much weight with your height and all. Anything that can make you loose weight that fast is not healthy and the weight will just come right back. you have to do it right to get the best results. Plus if you just all of a sudden loose weight in a month, will you have toned muscles to make up for where fat used to be??

I had to shed weight for my cousins wedding- I only ate breakfast (cereal and milk), lunch (lots of sweet potatoes and zucchini), and dinner (huge salads with tuna, chicken, or turkey, and with fat free dressing) and minor snacks like an apple. I didn't eat past 7:30. it really helped, I lost a noticeable amount of weight in one month. Everyone was raving!

As a sparkling mom myself I thoroughly comprehend the sadness you experience with the greater desirable weight won in the time of being pregnant. it rather is tempting to go with to do something drastic with the intention to get the 'rapid' effects... yet this perspective is risky and could no longer yield lasting effects. Your objective could desire to be to lose no greater desirable than 2 pounds a week ... in case you're breastfeeding then taking the burden off could desire to be plenty greater handy. in case you're no longer breastfeeding basically walk daily for a minimum of half-hour (at a quickly adequate %. to get your heart fee up a splash) and decrease back on the quantity of carbs you consume (keep away from extra breads... muffins, cookies, etc.) basically undergo in thoughts each and everything carefully. it fairly is not undemanding. I lost 50 lbs. as quickly as and it took exceedingly much a year (permitting myself to cheat and consume some ice cream each and every specifically situations) to get the burden off. appropriate needs.

Try the Grapefruit Diet.
Stay far away from salt the week before and do that diet and you should be able to drop at least 10 lbs.
Excerise a little too, even a little helps you shed water.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
