What are some suggestions for getting thinner thighs?

I'm not over weight or anything I'm only 105 but thats my one area I'm uncomfortable.
By the way jogging EEK.

You need to hit the weights. There are machines specifically designed for your hips. Don't lift too much weight because you don't want to bulk up you merely want to develop more lean, toned muscle.

Ask someone at your gym as well for additional exercises. There are more than one or two.

Since you don't like running, why not try a class? What about kickboxing?

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

make i V shape in the air with ur legs then close togeather do 10x rest 10x rest 15x rest then jog for 15 mins do when u wake up and then you goto bed

do no longer problem plenty. vast hips are a plus, in my view i admire that, it provides shape to a girl. don't be so self wakeful you're an beautiful lady , do no longer sweat the small stuff.

There is no such thing as 'spot redusing' you have to loose weight all over your body, so any form of cardio exercise would be best.
