My brother in law is at a very bad stage of cancer, he has the strongest will of anyone I know. He has been taking medications for pain that are giving him alarming side effects. He can't distinguish between the cancer and the pain medication side effects (vicadin). He has never had panic attacks before, but now he is, along with a whole string of other bizarre side effects. My heart is breaking for him. Can anyone suggest some natural pain relief.

Whenever i shower, and clean w/ soap and water, it doesn't help. I'm am not sexually active and have never been. I take a shower every morning, and by the time i get to school, my panties have this wet, slimy white stuff that looks like big globs of snot. It is so nasty. I have been to the doctor repeatdly, and the pills she givesme aren't helpful what so ever. This same problem occurs w/ my armits. I'll clean/shave in the shower, and when i get to school, theres SWEAT! And my mother doesn't understand, and i can't talk to my dad about it. I'm just afraid that i might run a guy off someday, and i don't want that. Though i want to tell my doctor why i think this is occuring (pleasure), i have a STRONG feeling she'll tell my mother, and i'll be in big trouble. So if you can, PLEASEE help me! I want to die!!!

does anybody bite the inside of their mouth and it turns from a small gouge into a open wound or ulcer after a day or so...then it takes like a week to heal? just wondering what can be done and if anyone else does this

I am 5'1 and 115 pounds. 36D bust. In your opinion with these stats, would you say that is a very large chest that is worth getting a reduction for? No emotional or confidence issues being explored. No discomfort either. Statistics only. Thanks!

Trident White gum claims to whiten teeth; if fact, they say it has been proven. I was wondering what kind of stuff they have in the gum...Does the gum only whiten the parts of the teeth that it comes into contact with? Will the bottom parts of the teeth be whiter than the tops?

I noticed it when she was a baby and any sound from her my eardrum would beat and know it does it still to every syllable she says, it seems like. I noticed it also does that when my little nephew talks also. It always had baffled me but know it's still going on. I had a conversation with my older daughter just to see if her voice made it do the same thing, but it doesn't. Does anyone else experience this and can anyone explain this? And it only does it in my left eardrum. serious answers only.........

My handsome, intelligent 17 year-old has fallen in with the wrong crowd, he is entering rehab very soon! How long does it take for the pot to get out of his system? Will his body crave it, or his mind?

I had my daughter 7 months ago, and for the last couple months, of holding her in my arms, carrying her, and sleeping with her cuddled in my arms, I wake up in such pain and numbness. I have stopped and put her down alot but there are times I can't. It has gotten to the point, just picking anything up hurts and I have no strengh. Nothing works for relief. Is there something wrong with me?

I recently got my second holes done on my ears. I had them done at Claires and have been using the antiseptic that they gave me to put on them. It's been almost 3 weeks and my left ear is still sore when I turn the earrrings. Could it possibly infected? Would it be okay to use peroxide occasionally? I had my first holes done when I was really little and my mom said she used peroxide on them but the people at Claires said not to use it. What's best?

Whenever I am on my period I always have a very small amount of blood come out of my butt on like the first day or two. I wasn't really worried about it or anything because i thought maybe this was normal but now i guess not. I have had my period for like two years now and everything is completely normal...except for the VERY small amount that comes from my butt at the start of my period. What could this be? Has any other girls experienced this? oh and i am not sexually active...if that helps any lol

Is it possible for a small bowel obstruction not to be visible on a CT scan? I've had 2 Obstruction in less then a year and I'm having the same symptons but the CT scan shows no obstruction. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

i have had this type of cancer and wish this was availible 2 years ago. I wish I could be a spokesperson to put a face w/ this. maybe more woman would then take this as important as it is. I discovered i had this when i was 45. I had 3 types, had a total hysterectomy, overys and all!

My mom has infiltrates in her lungs. The pulmonary specialist did a bronchoscopy and was not able to determine what these infiltrates are. He is certain it is not cancerous but rather an inflammatory issue. My mom never smoked. Concern is how painful, dangerous is this for a 67 year old woman..Other major illnesses include gastrointestinal problems (barretts disease, H Pylori,Peptic ulcers) The lung dr said that is not related at all. Anyone ever been thru this process? This lung dr has been treating my mom with steroids only for two years. She has been getting worse now. She Has gotten pneumonias twice in two months. The doc says its time to get in there and pull out a larger peice of the tissue to figure it all out...
