Whenever I am on my period I always have a very small amount of blood come out of my butt on like the first day or two. I wasn't really worried about it or anything because i thought maybe this was normal but now i guess not. I have had my period for like two years now and everything is completely normal...except for the VERY small amount that comes from my butt at the start of my period. What could this be? Has any other girls experienced this? oh and i am not sexually active...if that helps any lol

I had a situation happen one time where I was getting blood from the anus and I thought, "uh oh". When I checked my vagina I noticed that it was coming from there.
I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side though.
