Trident White gum claims to whiten teeth; if fact, they say it has been proven. I was wondering what kind of stuff they have in the gum...Does the gum only whiten the parts of the teeth that it comes into contact with? Will the bottom parts of the teeth be whiter than the tops?

It has floride.Your supposed to chew 2 pieces and then after you cant chew it anymore,because of loss of flavor,Your supposed to drink a glass of water and swish the water through your teeth.That does infact,Whiten the teeth.

I dont think it works its just another marketing tool to sell more gum read in small print that you have to chew it for several weeks

In my opinion it does not work even tho there is flouride in it........
