Sounds like you need to see an orthodontist to straighten your bite.

I have the same problem. I found that I do this mostly during my sleep when I am nervous about something. If your biting problem happens during the night try looking into a product like this:

Otherwise to make things heal faster use hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip and apply it to the spot or rinse your mouth with a 50/50 hydrogen peroxide/water solution. Try to stay away from alcohol based mouth washes because alcohol kills both bad and good bacteria and may hinder the healing process. Also stay away from salty or sour foods, that may be what is causing a small gouge to turn into an ulcer.

Hope this helps!

By accident, once in a blue moon, yes. What you need to do is go and buy tea tree oil and rub it on the ulcer 2x per day. Trust me, this works! I am big on doctors and taking prescrip. drugs if needed, but try this first. If you do this frequently, you may want to see a dentist. Otherwise, this works!

Yes, that happens.
You'll want to use a salt water rinse and gargle it. This will speed up healing time, though it's a little painful.
There is also anbesol you can apply directly, to numb the area for awhile.

HELLO HARRY,
TIME WILL HEAL THIS WOUND IN A FEW DAYS. KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLEAN AND SWISH WITH SOME WARM SALT WATER FOR 30 seconds TWICE PER DAY.
