Black heads are a form of acne. The first thing would be to make sure to remove all makeup before going to bed. Exfoliate your skin routinely. Once a week should be enough too much will cause irritation. There are many things you can use to exfoliate such as sugar, salt, oatmeal or a rough washcloth. Make sure to rinse throughly and don't rub to much and cause irritation. Not what you want to hear but it it continues after a month of through cleansing and exfoliating then you need to see a physician. It could be a hormonal issue, or you may need prescription acne medication.BTW please don't pick unless absolutely necessary only leads to scarring. Good luck these things usually resolve in time and with increasing age.
