Why do I get a headache after only 4 sips of wine? I eat food and drink h2o with it.?

If the headache becomes real painful after drinking wine could be you suffer from migriane's. The pain is unbearable. But if just a mild headache i don't know what it could be. I can't drink wine because i suffer with a painful headache. I quit drinking wine years ago.
