Based on my age, height, weight, gender, and activity level...I burn approximately 2300 calories a day without going out of my way to exercise. I eat very healthy foods, (with the occasional cheat) and go swimming several times a week. There is absolutely no way that I am eating more calories than I am burning. When I first started my weight loss regimen, the pounds MELTED off, but I haven't really lost anything substantial for about 4 weeks now. Why?
