Jogging on a treadmill will help, just start out small. Like a quarter mile the first week 6 days a week and then next week try half a mile. If you can't do half a mile just stay a quarter mile for the second week and see if you can move on the third week. Keep trying to add a quarter mile each week until you see the results you want. Also check out Jayrobb.com for a good diet, click on "The Fat Burning Diet."

There is no way to get rid of fat in just one area of your body. It comes from all over. Fat is stored based on your genetics. If you store all your fat in your thighs and belly then you will have to lose weight to get those parts smaller. Your body will lose fat in those areas based on how your body stored it. Like putting a box in the back of the closet. You have to take out the boxes you put more recently to get at the oldest one.
