Ok so I had this big knot on me foot ( well more my heel) and I went to the doc about a month ago and he did xrays and determinde that there was something stuck in my foot.....so in his office he cut whatever was in my foot out then used liquid nitro to freeze it ( like you would a wart)(and he did all this without so much as numbing my foot) so now a month later that spont on my heel is now double in size and hurts more than ever!!!! and its all black in the middle Im having a shooting pain from the spot all the way up to my hip....I've been really sick to my stomach and running a low grade fever on and off (dont know if either of those have anything to do with it) So heres my ? does anybody have any idea what is on my foot and should I got back to the frist doctor or to the ER becasue of the pain I can barly walk....

I'd go back to the Doc if I were you, ER prob won't be very necessary as you can get a appt with the doc like tomorrow. As far as your foot doubling in size where he cut out the object, it may be fluids trapped there (like a big blister of some sort) and walking just agitated it. Take some aspirin. kick back and relax until you see the doc. Best of wishes to ya.

Go to the ER. A fever is a sign of an infection.
