I want to be a male model but I am very confused about how they train to look the way they do. I am 5'11 and 145 lbs and i have a six pack and definition but I was wondering the male models do total body workouts or if they just work a few bodyparts at each session? I am a little confused.

I have found the martial arts to be an extremely good way to develop the best body. To answer your question more directly, they probably do different sections of the body each day. You shouldn't do strength training of the same section of the body every day, so you could do legs one day, and upper body the next day, abs and back the next day, and so on, with aerobic activity mixed in there too.

they all train differently. most are not so much into resistance training as they are to cross-training. nutrition is the biggest factor, many think that there are secret workouts that others use achieve fitness goals. nutrition is 70%, going to the gym and exercising is the easy part.
