I find that breathing really hard & quickly to get my heart rate going seems to make it end quicker since it wakes me up... or maybe I just convince myself that it does. What do you do?

It's such a frightening experience. The first time, I thought I was in a coma. What are you experiences with it? What did yo think the first time?

Hello, I am Alex. A 13 yyear old girl that weighs 167lbs. and is 5ft 6. I know diet pills dont do miracles without some effort from the taker. Softball season is starting, so that means alot more excercize. I have also ben trying to limit my portions at dinner, and cutting on the junk food.

I know Anna Nicole Smith (Rest in Peace) tried slimquick on one of her talk shows, and said that she had to force herself to eat after taking it. (I am not sure if taht was true, or if iit was the drugs)

Can you please give me some pills I can try, please only with personal experience.

And yes, I do have permission from my mother to try a product.

it only hurts when it gets touched, otherwise I dont feel anything. When touched, it feels like a bruise, do you know what it could be? I've had it for sometime now. Advice/suggestions would be appreciated.

My doctor prescribed Tramadol for my lower back pain, but I had some sort of reaction to it which caused me to itch all over. Is there anything else anyone can suggest I talk to her about. (I've taken all sorts of over-the-counter stuff and they don't touch it)

And the worst thing is, two hours ago i was happily having fun along with all my friends at Kate's house.
Whao, wait a minute. Friends? More like, long-time acquaintances. Do i have any friends? I'm willing to bet that i'm going to get so few comments on this, i won't even need to scroll down.
Hopefully so, though. Because in a few hours, i'll go on facebook and see this, and decide it was the stupidest thing i ever did just writing this. It's a sad state of affairs when if i don't think writing something is dumb at the time, when i look back at it i'll think it was dumb that i ever wrote it. If i don't write this, though, i'll just explode some other time, and probably at some other acquaintance. Then i'll ruin one more "friendship", and it will actually be one of the stupid things that i do. See, i won't be able to delete that before i post it.If i actually even post this, and anyone actually cares enough to read it, that's one more stupid thing for the book.

Ok,
last month i started my first period, i started the first week, and now im freaked cause its the 3rd week and i dont have it yet! i wanna know if its normal cause it was my first period or if its bad or not....HELP!

My son was dx with type I diabetes just over a year ago. He is 14 years old now. He was doing well for awhile, but lately it's been very difficult to get him to test his sugar, to take his pill, to watch his carbs, etc. He will overeat and not take any corrective insulin, so his numbers go pretty high sometimes. Obviously, the goal is to keep the blood sugar within a certain range. He has become stubborn about the whole thing, and I'm not sure if this has to do with his age or if it is the diabetes itself. I think he might still be in denial about the whole thing. He will take his insulin though and is able to inject it himself, so that's a really good thing. This diabetes has been tough for all of us in the family but I can't imagine how he must feel. I want to help him without being a nagging mother!

I suffer from Anaphylaxis and Asthma and always carry my inhalers and adrenaline injector with me at all times however they are bulky and do not fit in pockets of clothes easily and after being thrown out of a club for "possesion of drugs" i wonder is there any thing i can carry to stop being hassled by club bouncers?

I drink about 160 ounces of water each day. that is 20 cups of water. In the past year in a half I lost 72 pounds. Not by drinking water alone but I really LOVE to drink water. What are the pro's and con's of drinking that much water? also will it make you colder if you drink that much water. I drink my water at room tempetature.
