My research lecturer told us that most toothpaste has a impotence value. If a guy or gal takes too much iot can cause impotence and low sperm count seriously!!!!!!!

Gel, paste & combination. You could break it down more and add those with tartar contol, whiteners, oxygenators, peroxides & then you seem to be up to 6 or 7.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Any of which you would brush at least twice a day for about two minutes each time, preferably three times a day. But, I would avoid any that is manufactured in China, or has components from China!
