If when you have to ejaculate and you hold it in does that pose any harm to the penis?

No! actually its helps you because it teaches you about pre-mature ejaculation the more you hold it the more its tell your brain that your not cumming. So keep up the good work!

At some point you will ejaculate whether you want to or not but the answer to your question is no

Well, it's not dangerous at all if you simply try to hold it in on your own.

However....there's a certain place on your body (below the anus I think) that if you press it, it will cause a block and ensure that the semen fluids won't go through. THAT'S dangerous, as stated above.

This is called retrograde ejaculation and it can actually be dangerous. It causes the semen to enter the bladder and if you do this enough it can lead to infertility.

Damn well can harm your internal plumbing! Don't ever ever do that, can rupture your urethra and other internal plumbing parts. Stupid to do that, anyone that does is risking permanent damage.
