recently i got a couple pimples that made my face sore and swollen. what can i do to make them go away?? they hurt very bad and nothing seems to work. it's also very embarrasing because i dont get pimples that often and its like i have two huge beacons on my face. HELP!!

A 85 year old female complaining of dizziness. Has a history of heart problems and suffered a moderate stroke(blood vessel in brain rupture) 6 year ago.
Vital sign: 105 for pulse rate/per min, 95/65 for blood pressure/mmHg, breathing rate of 22 cycle per min, temperature 36 degree.

What does she suffer from? and treatment?

Hi, hoping someone can help me. Today I started getting very dark vaginal discharge, not heavy, no odor, no discomfort, just VERY dark. I've been on the birth control patch but I just started it, I'm due to have my period on Saturday. My hubby and I have been using condoms until I know this new birth control is working right but about a week ago there was a little "accident" with the condom. The patch says that I only have to use additional contraception for the first week, and it had already been well over two when this happened but I'm still confused as to what it could be. Early pregnancy signs? Preparation for menstruation? I don't know, any help would be great!

does anyone know anything about the surgery to fix acid reflux (where they take part of your upper stomach and wrap it around your esophagus), or has anyone had it done?

my fiance is having this surgery, and i'm worried... mostly just because of the word "surgery" and the sharp objects involved.. am i overreacting?

not saying i don't want him to have it. i do. but it's a scary prospect for me.

any help would be appreciated.

I am 34 years old and I still struggle with the guilt of something I did when I was 14. I won't go into any details because it's not something I care to share in this forum.

At the time, I knew what I was doing was wrong, but I didn't really grasp how wrong it was. I started feeling serious guilt about it within a year or two and at times it was so overpowering I would almost stand up in the middle of crowds and yell what I had done.

As the years have gone on, the intensity of the guilt has diminished, but it's still with me on an almost daily basis. It's always just at the edge of my consciousness waiting capture to my attention at the slightest reminder.

I have never repeated what I did back then and I know I am a different person now. However, I feel this has affected my self esteem and self image as an adult. I'm not looking for forgiveness or to forget about it, but I would like to find a way to put it behind me so I can really move forward with my life.

My sister in law is the worst of the worst. You mention any illness and a few minutes later she goes into panic mode. She gets palpitations and presents with all the symptoms you have just mentioned. Immediately she has to be raced to a doctor. She changes doctors with every visit, as the previous one 'could not heal her'.

I have avoided her for the past three weeks as I am SICK of her being sick. I have every intention of having a sit down talk with her, but do not want to hurt her feelings. By now she already knows something is wrong, because normally we speak every single day. Please help me broach the subject.

I am at a loss with what is going on with my period right now. I had a period on the 22 of jan and 4 days ago i had spotting for half a day. no cramps at all and i wasn't even expecting to spot. not heavy at all. hubby and i are ttc and i don't know if that should even count as my period for the month. im on metformin due to pcos and diabetes. could this possibly b implantation bleeding or what???
