Discharge is anything that drains or drips out.
Mucus discharges from your nose.
A sneeze discharges from your lips.
A drop of blood discharges from a cut.
Urine discharges.
Usually the term used among females means that mucus or blood comes out of your vagina. If the mucus is colored or smelly, it may mean you have an infection that needs to be treated.

The actual definition, is anything that comes out of an oriface.

But I believe you're wandering what it actually is, in terms of vaginal discharge. That's hard to answer, because you have healthy discharge, and unhealthy discharge. A woman, a few months before she has her first period, will start getting a white to yellowish discharge, which comes out of her vagina, and it is there to clean the vaginal canal. It's normal. But you can get discharge for other reasons, most often when there's a problem. The healthy discharge, is usually white in color, and odorless. However, if it's really yellow, or any other color, and has a strong odor, it could be the sign of infection, most commonly a yeast infection.

It is often reccomended that you see a doctor if you have discharge that is discolored, or has a strong odor.

Honestly, you should spend more time on your spelling and written communication skills then worrying about these things. Your question is really hard to understand. My second advise is to open a dialog with your mom rather then strangers. Thirdly, discharge talked about by women usually refers to vaginal discharge a combination of mostly mucus that is different depending on the part of the menstrual cycle and health.

Discharge is a general term for unexpected stuff coming out of your vaginal opening (where the only expected stuff is menstrual fluid).

So, if you have a yeast infection, the main symptoms are itching and a whitish discharge.
