Definitely the cigarettes. Getting cancer from smoking is not a theory, it's a fact. And it can mutate one's cells to create a host of cancers- not just lung cancer.

Take it easy on the Tab, though. It's still just a concoction of chemicals, like any other soda.

you would have to drink gallons of tab a day to get as much carcinigins as one cigarette.
