I dance twice a week (3hrs. total) I horseback ride usually once a week (1hour) I ski on almost all weekends for at very least 2hrs. and usually about 5 a days (I usually ski on Saturday and Sunday) I have gym twice a week (2hrs. total) and I enjoy all of the exercise I do (except gym) and that’s why I do it, but even though exercise is supposed to make you feel more active and energised, I just feel tired most of the time. sometimes I will get out of breath with little things, I'm not overweight and I’m not even close but I don’t like the look of my body, particularly my stomach and thighs.. I also know I shouldn’t worry too much but it makes me feel more self conscious. I would like to know if there is an exercise routine that would work out your stomach and thighs without creating too much muscle (just burning fat)
