I dance twice a week (3hrs. total) I horseback ride usually once a week (1hour) I ski on almost all weekends for at very least 2hrs. and usually about 5 a days (I usually ski on Saturday and Sunday) I have gym twice a week (2hrs. total) and I enjoy all of the exercise I do (except gym) and that’s why I do it, but even though exercise is supposed to make you feel more active and energised, I just feel tired most of the time. sometimes I will get out of breath with little things, I'm not overweight and I’m not even close but I don’t like the look of my body, particularly my stomach and thighs.. I also know I shouldn’t worry too much but it makes me feel more self conscious. I would like to know if there is an exercise routine that would work out your stomach and thighs without creating too much muscle (just burning fat)

please make sure you are taking a women's multivitamin to ensure that you are getting enough calcium & iron. as far as your stomach & thighs, running will tone it up as well as adding a pilates workout tape/dvd once or twice a week. you will notice results after maybe 6 workouts. personally, i like the crunch pilates workouts with Ellen.

stomach and thighs. perfect excercise u can grab a medicine ball.. or anything u want.. and get a bench.. sit on the edge of the bench with ur legs straight out and ur back leaned at a 45 degree angle.. now move the ball from side to side twisting ur stomach to make it tense.. if u get it right it will also burn ur legs

u can do it as much as u want which is also good and i also suggest going for runs.. ull get more inshape if u do sections of sprints and some jogs

well not so sure about the workout...do try checkin ur iron intake for that without reason breathlessness....
