50 calories is nothing. You have 3x that in a 12oz. can of beer, or 125 calories in a 12oz. soft drink.. Basically run around the block for 5 minutes and you could burn 50 calories. Hit a treadmill for 30 minutes at a nice pace and on an incline.. and you could burn close to 350-400 calories.

Try one of these:

1. Walk a 1/2 mile (8 minutes)
2. Run a 1/2 mile (4 minutes)
3. Do 2 sets of push-ups & sit-ups (10 minutes)
4. Ride your bike briskly (5 minutes)

do sit ups, walk, go up and down the stairs.are you sure you didn't mean 550 calories??
