You may be anxious or nervous. You can also be very stressed.

There are some questions you may have to start asking yourself. Are you breathing properly? Are you sleeping well? Are you worried or are you recycling past worries in your mind? Do you have a hard time focusing on one problem? Do you exercise regularly (at least a 30-50 minute walk per day)? Do you drink coffee regularly (one or more cups per day)? Have you started eating foods that you usually don't eat or haven't started eating until one or two months ago? Fruits and Vegetables everyday?

If you have answered any of the questions above in a negative way, then you should probably go see a doctor.

If you don't feel there's anything physically wrong with you, please remember that our emotional and psychological health is just as important to our heart condition. :) Hope this helps, and I hope you feel better! Good luck!

It may be time to switch to another physician. You need to get a referral to a specialist. You could be having atrial fibrillation or high blood pressure. Better not to guess.

Could be a panic attack. Get a complete physical to rule out other ailments, but realize it could be psychosomatic.
