it was me i have chubby upper arms and i have a big butt with legs and i have hips im latin american how can i get rid of my chubby arms loosing weight? and my lower back fat? how do i loose this weight ?

Sorry, chica. Exercise is the key to just being healthy, period! You don't have to become a world class athlete, but you have to do something, whether it's walking, dancing, or swimming to keep your heart healthy, let alone lose weight.

Low carb diets work really well for me. In cutting out the sugar for about a month, you look down and all of a sudden your tummy has disappeared.

Arms are different, because if you're naturally bigger on top (like me) it's really tricky to get rid of them. Tae bo and working on the lower body (weight training) are the only things that keep these parts of my body under control.

The only way to lose excess fat, sweetie, is to exercise. You have to do cardio (30 min. a day / 3 times a week) and then target your worst areas to tone by weight lifting. You don't have to have barbells or anything, you can use your body as your weight. Try standing with your back to a chair (as if you were going to sit). Put your hands on the seat of the chair behind you and lower yourself down. This will really target your arm flab!

Try a healthy lifestyle like the negative calorie diets. This includes foods where it takes more calories to digest them than the food actually has in them. Look up negative calorie foods on line and it will give you a list of the foods. Good healthy way to loose weight very quickly. Most of us don't like excercise, but if you loose the weight you don't want to be left with a flabby body..Remember even skinny jiggles.

I laugh whenever I see an article claiming to give the reader “the 100 best diet tips” or “50 easy ways to lose weight.” Why? Because weight loss isn’t that complicated. You don’t need to do 150 different things. In fact, weight loss requires just 2 simple steps. Guess what else? Neither of these steps is exercise if you don’t want it to be.

(Before you get to the 2 steps, please understand this: You should exercise. It’s good for your body, mind, soul, spirit, chi and whatever other wacky things you can come up with. Exercise provides many more positive health benefits than just weight loss alone. Yes, even more than giving you “hot, sexy, toned arms and legs” and a “defined, chiseled, sculpted chest and abs.” Exercise is the complete opposite of a bad thing. Got that? Good.)

With that being said, here’s the 2 simple steps to lose weight without exercise…

Step 1:

Figure out your daily calorie maintenance level. This is the number of calories your body needs to burn each day to do, ya know, things. For example, living and standing. Getting this number (or a close enough estimate) is quite easy. To do this, use the quick and easy calorie maintenance level calculator about 6 paragraphs from the top of the weight loss diet plan page. That should give you the close enough estimate.

Since it’s impossible to know for sure if that estimate will be close enough for everyone, a second option for figuring out your calorie maintenance level is described directly below the calculator. You’re welcome to use both methods if you want.

Step 2:

Once you know your calorie maintenance level, it’s time for some very basic subtraction. If you failed second grade math, now would be the time to go get a calculator. There are about 3500 calories in 1 pound. So, if you were to eat 3500 calories less than your body needs each week, you would end up losing 1 pound per week. Since there are 7 days in a week, this comes out to be 500 less calories than your maintenance level each day. (3500calories ÷ 7days = 500calories less per day)

Here’s an example…

Let’s say your daily calorie maintenance level came out to be 3000 calories. To lose 1 pound per week, you need to eat 500 less calories a day. So, in this example you would start to eat 2500 calories per day from now on. Doing so would create a total deficit of 3500 calories a week and therefore cause a weight loss of about 1 pound per week.

And there you have it… the 2 simple steps to lose weight without exercise.

I might not be able to help you out because I'm a bony , skinny male but if you have a Nintendo Wii use it. I played it at my friend's house 4 45 minutes and I lost 2 pounds . If you don't have a Wii then I suggest going on the slim fast diet or running up and down your stairs.

You fat a s s lazy girl, what kind of a question is this?? You say you want to lose weight but you don't want to exercise!! Are you crazy?? How the heck are you going to lose weight if you don't exercise unless if you want to go have sergury and spent soo much money on it and take all the fatty stuff you have ate in like a long time ago!! haha

A diet isnt going to do anything but cause drooping fat skin when you start losing weight....your going to have to exersize whether you like it or not if you are serious about weight loss.

I cant say much because i am the opposite. im a skinny, no ***, no boobs, white girl...[hehe that sounds funny] but I would highly advise to work out and go on a diet. You need to do cardio because it helps speed up your metabolism and also weight lifiting involving your arms and back will help!! The diet doesnt need to be drastic....Just cut down on sweets and fatty meats. Good luck!

Girl, you ain't gonna get nowhere NOT excerising, stop being so lazy, thats how you got chubby in the first place. You need to excerise. Do whatever, dance, play sports, treadmill, basketball whatever. Dont diet, you sound too young.

Regular diet and exersise is the only way. It sucks but it's just how it is. Try sports, it burns fat and builds muscle
