Easy, leg lifts on a work out bench. When lowering your legs you can get a really good stretch on the low abdominal muscles. When i do this exercise in the gym, I lay down on the bench and lower my legs all the way to the floor and then raise them up 6 inches from the ground and then back to the floor (in a quick motion) and then bend my knees back up to my chest. 4 sets of 25. When you get better at it you can hold a weight between your knees when doing leg lifts. It's simple to learn, works fast and you get great results!
Good Luck

You're reffering to the rectus abdominals. Just do crunches. There's not really much more to it than that, or sit ups if you prefer. If you have access to a gym, you can use machines to train your abs, which will let you add resistance. If you really want to get results, one of the most important things is to train consistently. I always tell myself, there is no point doing something if I'm not going commit to it on a regular basis. Just doing it on and off won't cut it. I train my abs one day then rest the next and train the next day etc. etc. i've been doing this for a few months and can already see a good six pack going on.

Remember to take in extra protein as well.

It is almost impossible, especially after a c-section. There are a couple things that seem to help a little though. Lay flat on your back, put your knees at a 90 degree angle, hands beside you, slowly bring your knees to the left then back up to middle and then the other side. There is a Pilate's for abs that seems to target just that area. Takes alot of time and commitment.
