I have established (with evidence) that I have an extreemly low metabolism.
Doctors say my thyroid is fine (with thier blood tests which I know do not always reveal the truth in this matter).
Having established this beyond doubt, and knowing that I eat little and exercise at the gym at least 4 - 5 times a week (please note here, I use both CARDIO and WEIGHTS already), I am seeking other reasons for low metabolism, and OTHER ways to increase it. Please note I know this is fat and not muscle, trainers and doctors agree with me on this at least.
I am looking for genuine answers, please do not suggest things I already do which are:
Eat 6 small meals a day.
Do Cardio
Do Weights
Take measurements.
I am looking for NEW ideas, not a repeat of what I already do. I seriously intend to find out more than I already know and am asking for real new ideas and research.
Please read above carefuly to ensure you don't tell me what I already know.
I really appreciate new answers.
Thanks
