Possible if it's heriditary and if your lifestyle is triggering it.

Yes. It doesn't matter which side of your family the history is on. Plus, males can get breast cancer too, it's just not as common. If you're worried, tell your doctor you have a strong family history of breast cancer and would like to get a mammogram. It will be covered by insurance ONLY with a family history if you are under 40 y/o. Good luck.

The gene for breast cancer is usually passed down on your mother's side, but we are finding increasing number of cases of breast cancer caused by hormonal imbalances and other causes.
All women need to be screened regularly.

Anyone can get breast cancer, but if you have a family history, even more. Even worse is if it's on your mother's side. I've known women who's mother and sister had it and they had their breasts removed so they wouldn't get it.

Make sure you check your breasts and any lumps you find, go to the doctor immediatly.

you have a higher chance of getting it, but are you living in the same area as your grandma and aunt? breast cancer can be environmental too.
