I'm a GIRL. I've been trying to find diets where I can gain weight on the net but all the sites I found are all about the men and "muscle mass" gain..So...Here I am..Asking for YOUR help!

Add ghee (clarified butter) to your food.

(Available at health food stores or where Indian foods are sold or you can make your own by melting butter and straining it thru a cheese cloth.)

Also, heat milk and add 2-3 medjool dates(remove pits) and blend. Add a little clarified butter. This will add pounds. It tastes great and it's good for you. Have at least 2x's a day in addition to regular meals.

I have the same problem. I went to my local health food store (called GNC) & bought a powder mix that you mix with either milk or water twice a day & drink to help you gain weight. And yes it does work, high school wrestlers use it to go up in their weight classes. Also, there are candy bars that you eat during the day (how many times a day varies depending on which you choose to eat) that help you gain weight also (Regina from 'Mean Girls' ate them; Yes those are real!)

Girl, what you need to do is eat you some soul food. Start with red beans and rice, collard greens made with fatback. Fried Chicken, country ham. While eating these foods, also do some muscle building exercises so the extra weight goes in all the right places.

my mother has the same problem, shes way to thin and wants to gain weight..a healthy way. she bought these meal replacers (shakes/smoothies) that are really high in calories but are nutricious. she says they taste good and you should drink one everytime you eat. good luck!
