my friend has been in hospital for a whille we have been in regular contact up untill 6 weeks ago. will the hospital let me know if she is still in? she is in a clinic for anorexia in the uk
i live 5 hour drive from hosp so a long way to go if shes not there . she has no family i could contact

I love to exercise, but it's been hard for me. For whatever reason, there isn't a sport for girls in the spring, only for boys (volleyball). I was on the volleyball team in school this year. I've been trying to exercise as much as I can. Basically I get up and walk to school (it's only two blocks or 8 minutes). I've been doing this even in below 0 weather! However, I get bussed to the high school for French at the end of the day, and it's like a 30 second walk from the high school to my house (aka not a lot of exercise). I usually don't get back until 3, and with dinner, piano, and violin, and homework I have like an hour of freetime. Since it's so cold, how can I get exercise? I might sign up for a sport - which sport would be good?

I have a severe public speaking phobia. Knowledge of the subject does not works for me because I get really nervous even when I have to read something I know or when talking in front of just 5 people I don't know well. Some of my symptoms are blushing, sweating, fast heart beating, and run out of air even if I'm speaking slowly, and sometimes I can not continue speaking. I was wandering if I can take Lorazepam, or some medication. I can not join Toastmasters either because I'm not from USA.

Okay, I have a lot of blemishes... Now when I start to wash my face, the blemishes always have white dots appear in the middle of them (Which is a zit), so thats the only way I breakout. So I told my mom, and she said thats a good thing because a bleimish usually will not disappear on its own, a zit occurs first, and you get rid of it that way, so whenever I wash my face the next day where ever I have a blemish, it turns into a zit, is that supposed to happen?
(I thought it does that because its cleaning everything out, and bringing it to the surface so its easier to get rid of, as blemishes usually start with zits.)

I'm a 15 year old girl, and I weigh around 157. I don't look extremely fat because I am tall for my age. Anyway, I want to drop about 15 pounds before summer. Any idea how many calories I should consume a day? One site said 800, is that good? I don't want to do anything dangerous.

I only ask this because I've heard some pretty rediculous numbers come out of girls "He must of been 9 or 10 inches!" which obviously dwarfs the size of my penis. Are these just skewed perceptions or what? Lately I've become very concious about it and I just want to hear the truth about my size, in the "real world" setting. Thanks

He does not seem to have a vision problem but if you talk to him and stare at his eyes you can see them rapidly moving a milimeter back and forth. I have not taken him to the doctor yet I plan to make apointment soon. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago. He does not even seem to notice that his eyes are doing this.
