No, you will not gain weight.
The hormones do not change with a tubaligation. Only with a total hysterectomy (removal of the uterus and ovaries)
The ovaries produce the hormones that are somewhat responsible for weight fluxuations. A tubaligation is only the cutting of the fallopian tubes.

Also, fixing a cat or dog is a total removal of their reproductive organs. That's why they gain weight. For a female, it's like a total hysterectomy.
