Generally no, but it depends on whether the tying of your tubes results in some form of loss to you and you become depressed. Then maybe some weight gain will be experienced from bing eating.
The op itself does not generally cause any obesity to occur.
Keep active and eat a healthy diet and all will be well.

No, you will not gain weight.
The hormones do not change with a tubaligation. Only with a total hysterectomy (removal of the uterus and ovaries)
The ovaries produce the hormones that are somewhat responsible for weight fluxuations. A tubaligation is only the cutting of the fallopian tubes.
Also, fixing a cat or dog is a total removal of their reproductive organs. That's why they gain weight. For a female, it's like a total hysterectomy.
