I am 14 and i weigh 160, i am a male. am i overweight? I didn't think i was, but i have a pot bely, and have kind big legs... I think i even have stretch marks on my legs... What is a good way to lose pounds if i am? QUICK!!!! Also, is it possible that if i get average weight, to still have a pot belly and big legs??? Maybe buy some weights... I have a running machine, how long should i run on that on how many days? Please give full answers
