Okay, I have a lot of blemishes... Now when I start to wash my face, the blemishes always have white dots appear in the middle of them (Which is a zit), so thats the only way I breakout. So I told my mom, and she said thats a good thing because a bleimish usually will not disappear on its own, a zit occurs first, and you get rid of it that way, so whenever I wash my face the next day where ever I have a blemish, it turns into a zit, is that supposed to happen?
(I thought it does that because its cleaning everything out, and bringing it to the surface so its easier to get rid of, as blemishes usually start with zits.)

Blemishes like that usually mean oily skin. There is a face wash and astringnet that works good. Clean and clear. just wash your face in the morning and at nite wash your face and use the astringent. cut down on greasy foods too. It works for me I hope you have luck with it to. Oh and never pop them suckers, they will spread and scar,

Blemishes and zits are the same thing. So are pimples. The process works just like you described: First a red bump appears (what you are calling a "blemish"), then it gets a head on it (what you are calling a "zit), then the head opens and the pore is emptied and the blemish goes away. It sounds like you should consider using an acne medication. Proactiv is an over-the-counter product you can buy (without a prescription) and I know a lot of people who have had great success with it.
