I jogg 4-5 times a week 1.5-2miles right now
and if I go to the gym I'll do 45min-1hr cardio and some light weights
I'm 29years old man 5'11'' and weigh 230lbs
Ive been working out like that for almost a month and do not see any results
i eat health too, tofu, nuts, grapes, grapefruit, apples, veggies, tuna
and rice crackers( guilty pleasure)
so once again does drinking kefir help with burning fat?
