It's a myth that you gain weight by eating at night. Your metabolism doesn't slow down at night or anything; in fact, you burn calories by just sleeping! So don't think you have to stop eating by a certain time. As long as you take in less calories than you use, you'll lose weight. I wouldn't go eating a burrito at night though...you might get a stomachache. I would eat something light, like maybe a bowl of cereal. It's filling but won't screw up your diet. A glass of warm milk is good too because it'll help you go to sleep.
Good luck.

it's really not WHEN you eat, it's how many calories you eat per day. i mean, it's not GREAT to eat at night, just cause you can't burn it off before you go to sleep, but I would recommend eating something small if you're super hungry as opposed to going to sleep hungry. i say this because then when you wake up you're going to be even hungrier and you'll end up eating more than usual.

What you could eat as a replacement for junk is fruits and veggies. If you crave sweets: put a pinch of salt on your tounge,
mix warm water with baking soda and swirl it in your mouth without swallowing it. It always works for me.

How about a vegetable salad without any dressing. Lay off the carbs. They're good for you and you can really just chomp on them without any guilt any time of the day.
