I boosted my immune system with Himilayan Goji Juice. It is the only functional fruit juice on the market with medical validation including 79 clinical studies on pubmed.gov...where the Doctor's read up on it. It is the only food on earth that contains 4 natural polysaccharides. Very high in anti-oxidants, flavenoids and phytonutrients as well so it rapidly removes bacteria, acid, inflammation and fungus from your blood, flushes out your receptor cells so that your DNA can communicate with each other. Just based on what it has done for me and my family, I will never be without this delicious fruit drink.
There are many functional fruit juices out there all competing, but the facts are at pubmed under the latin name Lycium Barbarum. Another thing to look up is the Bovis Scale and the Orac Scale. You will see that the Goji berry is miles ahead of even cranberries and strawberries. Time magazine just named it the Superfruit of the year. It is truly nature's gift to us.

The most powerful immune system booster is the Himalayan goji berry juice. I just had a cold and sinus infection and for the first time in a long time, I didn't have to take antibiotics. My immune system is getting stronger every day. Goji is one of the only plant species on earth that contains the anti-cancer mineral GERMANIUM. Its antioxidants and unique polysaccharides can halt the genetic mutations that can lead to cancer. It's also an anti-aging juice. Its been featured in many magazines and was on the ABC News last July.

I like anything with a lot of vitamin C. Airborne is great. So is Emergen C. I would take 1 Airborne a day if you aren't sick. And 3 a day if you are. Also Echinasea (sp?) taken regularly should help too but you are only supposed to take it for a couple of months then take a break of a few weeks. good luck!

My dad swears by vitamin c and airborne. i know when I am starting to feel crappy, I start on the Vitamin C tablets and it generally does help me feel better quickly and has even kept me from getting full force sick!
He takes two tablets twice a day! Try that! And he uses the airborne when he is flying or in a large group of people, like when he's teaching a class! good luck!

I drink a bottled water called Iceland Pure to help balance my pH. It has a high pH and a low mineral content that makes it very hard for disease and viruses to live in the body. Keeping my pH balanced as good as I can has helped me avoid sickness for almost a year now even when the rest of my family has it. I buy Iceland Pure at Walgreens.

We personally use the highest antioxidant whole-food drink called NingXia Red (beats out all the other functional health drinks). It also contains the high frequency essential oils of orange and lemon and is sweetened with Blue Agave instead of any of the insulin spiking sweeteners used in other popular fruit drinks.

Our choice for keeping well!
